Our Mission & Vision

The mission of Arcadia Christian Church is to love God, to love others, and to magnify the name of Jesus Christ. The vision of our church is to glorify our God and Savior, Jesus Christ, to make true disciples throughout all the nations by means of missionary activity and support, to minister the ordinances, to edify believers, and to do all that is sovereignty possible and Biblically permissible to magnify the name of Jesus.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Jeff Spielman, Senior Minister

Jeff grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona in the shadow of Camelback Mountain. After God’s call to ministry, he went to Manhattan Christian College. While attending MCC, he met and fell in love with Oneta. They  were married in July of ’82 and now have two beautiful daughters and two wonderful sons, and 4 terrific grand-kids. After journeyman’s work in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Dodge City, Kansas; and Broomfield, Colorado, they are happy to be in Santa Fe, Texas. He is most passionate about teaching God’s Word and mentoring men and says he feels God’s pleasure when he’s doing these things. Aside from ministry, Jeff enjoys playing bass for the praise band and driving fast. Jeff doesn’t believe in the Easter Bunny, world peace, or smart cars. He does however hold a great admiration for Ronald Reagan, pan-millennial theology, and Oneta.

Marty Adams, Worship & Music

The Bible has a lot to say about music, and  Marty’s role is to lead the church’s worship of God in a way that matches the character of God. Marty is an accomplished musician. He works as the main organizer and creates the PowerPoint presentations on all our worship services as well as being the song leader for the congregation. He is always eager to share his gifts with the Church.
